Built in 1938 by the University of Warsaw and was actively used by Poland before World War II. The building was constructed from local materials in the style of Constructivism with wall thickness reaching 1.5 meters. After the liberation of Ukraine in 1944 the building was recognized as destroyed, but is now being restored by the joint efforts of the Warsaw and Prikarpatsky universities with the financial support of the European Union.
